36. THE ANTI-CHRIST USES 8 TOOLS TO KEEP YOU TRAPPED IN THE "ILLUSION OF SEPARATION"
After you made the conscious decision to separate yourself from your Spiritual Teacher and Higher Self and started making choices using the Mind of Anti-christ, the Ego - or Lower Self - was eventually born within your soul. The Ego is an "entity" in its own right. It lives within your soul and it influences your conscious mind to "think" certain negative thoughts, to "feel" certain negative feelings, and to "take" certain negative actions.
It must be made very clear at this point - the "Conscious You" that makes every day decisions is "separate" to the negative Ego that resides within your soul. Your Conscious Self can be very easily influenced by the Ego. In fact the Ego will have you believe - and convinces the majority of the people on Earth - that your Conscious Self and IT are the one and the same being.
This is a trick used by the Ego to make you believe that IT IS YOU - so you will keep on listening to its LIES ABOUT YOU and its LIES ABOUT OTHERS. The Ego is in fact a "puppet" of the collective dark forces of the Anti-christ consciousness that predominantly reside in the Lower Astral Emotional Plane. The collective dark forces of the Anti-christ use 8 main tools via the Ego to keep you trapped in the "illusion of separation".

In a sense you have already given your soul to the dark forces - and they want to keep it! This may sound alarming to most people, but the reality is you have allowed the Ego - the spawn of the Anti-christ to be born within your soul. Your Ego [the enemy within] and the dark forces and beings of the Anti-christ consciousness [the enemy without] can see that you are seeking to rid yourself of the Ego and will do everything in their power to stop you.
37. ANTI-CHRIST TOOL TO KEEP YOU TRAPPED: YOU ARE NOT GOOD ENOUGH!
I want you to imagine if you were locked in a room for many years and there was a loudspeaker sending a constant stream of messages into the room that you were a bad person for having made mistakes, and therefore you were unworthy of love and should be condemned and punished for all eternity.
Initially, you would disregard the messages, yet after a few months or years of "constantly" hearing these same messages about YOU in your own head - you would begin to think they may be true. And doubt would creep in. This is what the Ego is doing to most souls on Earth. It is sending a constant stream of negative messages about them into their Conscious Minds. And because we have not been properly educated about the Ego - the Lower Self - and we believe we are these "voices" - these messages in our minds - we begin to believe there must be "some" truth to these messages.
If you are hearing voices in your head that you are not worthy, not good enough and unworthy of love because you have made mistakes in the past - these messages are from your Ego. They are LIES ABOUT YOU. They are lies the Anti-christ is sending via "internal loudspeaker" through the Ego to keep you trapped in the "illusion" that you are a being less than God and therefore a "separate being".
God does not condemn you for making mistakes - mistakes are "experiments" that we are all allowed to make to define "Who We Wish To Become". If you are hearing these very subtle voices over and over in your mind that you are unworthy - then you must say to your Ego - STOP, YOU ARE WRONG! I AM ALLOWED TO MAKE MISTAKES AND I AM ALWAYS FORGIVEN BY GOD.
Look to your heart - that is Who You Are. If you are loving and caring and compassionate, say to your Ego: "This is Who I AM. I AM WHO I THINK I AM - and I AM a loving and caring and compassionate being. This is what makes me worthy - for these are the qualities I would be most proud of in my own child."
EXERCISE: List 3 negative messages you keep hearing in your mind about yourself. Ask your Ego to give you proof that you are this negative message. Tell your Ego Who You Really Are in relation to this negative message.
38. ANTI-CHRIST TOOL TO KEEP YOU TRAPPED: CRITICIZING AND COMPLAINING
The collective consciousness of criticism and complaining is rampant on the planet Earth. You are conditioned to criticize and complain by your parents, your teachers, the media, and even you favorite TV shows many of which use "comedy" to put a positive spin on it. Yet there is nothing positive at all about criticism and complaining. It is a favorite tool of the Anti-christ to keep you trapped in the "illusion of separation".
Whenever you complain about or criticize "anyone", you see a Part of God as the enemy. Whenever you complain about or criticize "your life", you see God as the enemy. Whenever you complain or criticize "yourself", you see Yourself as the enemy. In all 3 cases you separate yourself from the One Body of God.
Criticism and complaining are "superficial expressions" of a deeper hate and anger within you. Because you do not want to continue to see any other soul, God or even yourself as the "enemy" - you must "uncover" these deeper feelings of hate and anger within you and "express" them out loud or on paper the reasons why you are feeling hate and anger inside. You can say: "I am feeling anger and hate within me because..." Only when you uncover the hate and anger inside you can you begin to heal it and remove it from your soul - so that it does not turn into criticism and complaining.
Hate and anger stem from a feeling you have "lost control of your life". Because the Ego is usually in control - when things don't go right in your life - the Ego becomes angry and filled with hate. It fears losing control and becomes angry with God, with others, with you and with life.
The reason why criticism and complaining are so rampant on the Earth is that people do not know how to express and release these inner feelings of hate and anger in a healing way. Instead, they suppress their feelings of hate and anger [usually] and "opt" to express these feelings "superficially" by criticizing and complaining. You can only be set free from the "illusion of separation" by expressing anger and hate constructively and removing it permanently.
EXERCISE: List 4 things you commonly criticize or complain about. Write down what you are really feeling angry about in your life at a deeper level for each of these things.
39. ANTI-CHRIST TOOL TO KEEP YOU TRAPPED: KEEPING HATE BOTTLED UP
The Ego within you needs hate and anger to survive. One of the tools of the Anti-christ has been to convince humanity to keep their hate and anger bottled up inside - so that the Ego will remain alive within your soul. The Anti-christ has spread a clever message that "expressing any feelings of hate and anger" is "evil", "will offend God" and will "make you a bad person". The reality is this. Your thoughts create your feelings. Your feelings will remain "alive" within you until they are "fully expressed". For this reason, God the Creator wants you to express your feelings of hate and anger FULLY and COMPLETELY until they are all gone. Of course God the Creator does NOT want you to express your hate and anger in "harmful" ways that degrade and disrespect and damage another soul.
It is very important to "articulate" in a clear, calm and respectful manner "exactly why" you are feeling hate and anger inside of you. You can articulate this in person to someone who has "offended you" or "trespassed" against you, or you may choose an easier method where you write a letter to this person - or to God if you are angry with God. If writing a letter, keep writing until you feel no more anger and hate surrounding the issue/s you have with this person or with God. Then burn the letter.
Writing your feelings and your Core Truth in a letter is a highly effective method of expressing and releasing hate and anger. Focus on the "offence" and the "trespass" when expressing your feelings instead of the person. You will only release your hate and anger if you get to your Core Truth and focus on the "issue" - the "offence" / "trespass" - and express your true feelings around this. If you only focus on "hating" the person, then you will not get to your Core Truth surrounding the reason why you felt angry in the first place.
By letting go of your hate and anger in this way - bit by bit - the Ego and the forces of Anti-christ will gradually lose their grip over your soul. Bottling up hate and anger will keep you a prisoner of these dark forces and trapped in the "illusion of separation" indefinitely.
