NON-ATTACHMENT AND BUDDHAHOOD
Attaining Full Buddha Consciousness or Buddhahood is a state of complete non-attachment to anything, anyone, or any outcome. Make a list of the following:
> People you are "emotionally attached" to
> Possessions or items you are "emotionally attached" to
> Outcomes you are "emotionally attached" to happening / not happening
> Outcomes you are "emotionally attached" to remaining as they are
STEP 1: Close your eyes sitting in an upright position. Focus your attention on your third eye chakra and your Higher Self. Repeat the words: "I AM MY HIGHER SELF. I AM MY HIGHER SELF" over and over [slowly] for a few minutes until you feel the peace of your Higher Self.
STEP 2: While still in meditation, next focus your attention on your Chain of Being leading all the way back to God the Creator. Repeat the words: "I AM MY CHAIN OF BEING, I AM GOD THE CREATOR" over and over for a few minutes until you feel the higher awareness of the Creator.
STEP 3: Next focus your attention on the Pure Being of God - which is the Allness of God. Repeat the words: "I AM THE PURE BEING OF GOD. I AM THE PURE BEING OF GOD" over and over for a few minutes until you sense this higher awareness.
STEP 4: From your list, select one item only to bring into your meditation. Meditate on the relevance of this item from the perspective of the Pure Being of God.
I am pure being. Just like a flower in a garden. I am pure being.
What I have been doing is running. Running away from my state of pure being.
When I sit still, in the quiet, in meditation, I am faced with my past, my pain.
I don’t like the pain that lives in the quiet, in the still, so I run away from being still.
Where do I run? It doesn’t matter, so long as I keep running.
I run into doing, away from the being, to distract my mind in the busy of the drama.
The doing, the busy is my addiction, for it keeps me away from being still in the being.
I don’t like the low, the depression I feel in the being.
So I run to the highs which I get from the doing.
I deny that I am pure being and believe I am the doing; that which I create to keep my mind busy.
I believe I am my thoughts, which are only creations, but I need to be something if not the pure being.
I believe I am my feelings, which are only creations, but I need to be something if not the pure being.
I believe I am my actions, which are only creations, but I need to be something if not the pure being.
I believe I am my body, which is only a vehicle, but I need to be something if not the pure being.
I believe I am my identity, which is only a perception, but I need to be something if not the pure being.
Who am I God? I have lost who I am, in the busy, in the doing, in the running – to no avail.
I convince myself who I am is what I do – but this is a lie, to keep from being still.
So I keep on running, believing in the lie, that I must make something of myself, in the doing, all the time.
Time is so precious, yet I waste it when I run, for Who I Am is in the being, in the stillness, in the sun.

REMOVING ALL EXPECTATION
The unreality zone of your mind was created when you projected your thoughts from the present moment to the future and expected an outcome to happen that had not yet happened. Because you stopped focusing your thoughts on the REALITY OF THE NOW and focused your thoughts on "unreality" – an outcome in the future that had not yet happened – you created within your mind an unreality zone. The unreality zone of your mind cannot exist without expectations. And because you continually create more and more expectations in your life based on unreality, the unreality zone in your mind is able to remain. Fear is able to creep into the unreality zone of your mind when you attach your well-being to an outcome happening or not happening. You now fear that if the outcome happens or does not happen your present state of wellbeing will be diminished.
Expectation is a belief that a certain outcome will improve your wellbeing or diminish your wellbeing. How can anything improve your wellbeing when you are one with the One Body of God? And how can anything diminish your wellbeing when you are one with the One Body of God? In reality, you are already one with the One Body of God, you have just chosen to ignore this reality. When you expect ANYTHING, you are declaring that you do not believe you are one with God and your Higher God Self, for you would not be seeking anything outside this connection to improve your wellbeing and you would not fear that this connection of peace and inner bliss could every be diminished. Having no expectations – ever – is the key to removing the unreality zone of your mind. This will leave no room for fear to reside OR the illusion that your well-being could ever be diminished or improved.
TUNING YOURSELF TO GOD'S REALITY
The overwhelming vast majority of souls on Earth are still trapped in the illusion of separation – the unreality zone. And the vast majority of spiritual souls who are awakened to the new knowledge that we are all one are still subconsciously trapped in a quagmire of"illusions based on the minds of anti-Christ and anti-Buddha. Because you have made a conscious decision to believe in UNREALITY and each day you continue to invite unreality into your mind by expecting this and that, you must now reverse this and make a conscious decision to invite reality into your mind. You can reverse this unreality zone and step into reality by saying out loud a powerful Buddhist phrase 10 minutes each day or longer if you wish. Be forewarned, this is a powerful invocation. You are inviting reality to come forth into your awareness and you may see or experience some dramatic changes soon after using this invocation.
The invocation is:
It is pronounced:
NUM MEO-HO RENGAY KEO
It means:
I TUNE MYSELF TO THE TRUE REALITY OF MY LIFE, THE ONENESS
OF CAUSE & EFFECT, THE VIBRATION OF UNIVERSAL LAW
OF CAUSE & EFFECT, THE VIBRATION OF UNIVERSAL LAW
You may wish to light a candle and burn some incense. Sit with your eyes closed and in an upright position. Say the phrase like you are chanting it. You can say it slowly or quickly. Let the words "vibrate" as you say them out loud. Say the phrase in a one monotone pitch over and over for 10 minutes or longer. You may like to say the English translation a few times during the 10 minutes for the "meaning" to fully resonate within your being.
