33.  A BELIEF IN SEPARATION AND THE IDENTITY MIND

Your thoughts create your reality and this begins with your Identity Mind.  You do not "think" something, "feel" something, or "do" something, unless you "believe" you are first something in relation to that thing.

When you believe you are a "Separate Being" this filters down through the four levels of your mind as follows:

IDENTITY MIND:  "I AM a Separate Being"
MENTAL MIND:  "I must therefore be superior or inferior to others".
EMOTIONAL MIND:  "I then feel superior and inferior to others"
OUTER MIND:  "I then act superior and inferior to others"

If you wish to stop feeling inferior and superior to other souls - you must change your thought that you are a "Separate Being" in relation to ALL souls.

If you try and stop criticizing others; if you try to stop feeling inferior and superior to others and if you try to stop judging others and yourself - yet at the Identity Mind level you STILL believe you are a "Separate Being", then you will eventually re-create new superior and inferior thoughts, feelings and actions.

It is easy to "come into oneness" with souls you like or spiritual beings or God the Creator.  It is not so easy to "come into oneness" with souls you do not like.  If you wish to be a "Being of Oneness" - one with all other parts of the One Body of God - then a good idea is to practice on souls you dislike the most.

Sit with your eyes closed and meditate on the God element that exists within this other soul you do not like.  Simply tune into that God Aspect of that soul and "become as one" with the God element of that soul.


34.  SEPARATION = HATE

All belief in separation leads to anger and hate.  This applies to ALL situations in your life where you believe you are a Separate Being - without exception.  If you believe you are "separate" from God - and things don't go right in your life, then you will be filled with anger and hate and have anger toward God.  If you believe you are "separate" from other souls - and another soul trespasses against you, then you will be filled with anger and hate and have anger toward another soul.  If you believe you are "separate" from God's creation: the Mother Earth - and a natural disaster or weather condition negatively affects you, then you will be filled with anger and hate and have anger toward Mother Earth.  If you believe you are "separate" from your Higher Self - and you make a mistake, then you will be filled with anger and self-hate and have anger toward yourself.  If you believe you are "separate" from God's Plan that All Life Must Grow - and you experience the pain of new growth and change, then you will be filled with anger and hate and have anger toward life.

EXERCISE:  List 3 examples where you felt anger toward Mother Earth.
EXERCISE:  List 3 examples where you felt anger toward yourself.
