Transform the 12 Parts of Your Ego in 144 Days
Step 1: Activating Your Light Body (Your MerKaBa)
MerKaBa means chariot or vehicle, and your MerKaBa is your Light Body Vehicle required for your ascension to the Spiritual Heavens. In order to ascend to the Spiritual Heavens, which exists above and beyond the illusion of time and space [which is not to be confused with the spiritual realms of the Material Universe that exists within time and space, in which 99.9% of souls on Earth transition to upon death of the physical body; ranging from heavenly realms to realms of hell], you must place and have firmly anchored your consciousness within your Light Body Vehicle (your MerKaBa), so that you are fully merged with your Higher Self. In ancient Egyptian, MerKaBa translates into MER = Rotating fields of Light, KA = Spirit, BA = Soul. Your MerKaBa is located around your heart chakra centre and is made up of two inverted pyramids. Your heart chakra centre in the diagram below to the left reveals these two inverted pyramids and the diagram to the right reveals how the MerKaBa spins around your body when activated.

While it is a requirement to have your consciousness firmly anchored within your Light Body Vehicle (your MerKaBa) in order to complete your spiritual ascension, you must also purify the four levels of your heart/mind, and this process takes approximately 10-15 years if you are doing something every day. Activating your Light Body Vehicle (your MerKaBa) will reduce the amount of time needed to purify your four lower bodies of all impurities, that take form within your mind as the 12 parts of the ego. A 144 day program has been designed to propel you forward at lightening speed to firmly anchor your consciousness within your Light Body Vehicle (your MerKaBa) and to purify your four lower bodies through the on-going transformation of the 12 parts of the ego. Step 1 of this program is learning how to simply activate your Light Body Vehicle (your MerKaBa) as outlined below.

Activating and then programming your Light Body Vehicle (your MerKaBa) is as simple as A-B-C. To begin, sit in a comfortable position and visualize a tube of light from above --- beginning with the Original Creator, and going through your body, and then ending in the heart of Mother Earth. Send the Original Creator and Mother Earth love from your heart and feel how the Original Creator and Mother Earth send you love back, and unify this love in your heart chakra centre. Then say out loud: "I ask my different bodies to align themselves around the love in my heart chakra centre".

Immediately following draw the Flower of Infinity (exactly as shown below). Make sure each flower petal you draw begins from your heart chakra and ends in your heart chakra centre. Once you have drawn the Flower of Infinity your Light Body Vehicle (your MerKaBa) will be active.

To firmly anchor your consciousness within your Light Body Vehicle (your MerKaBa), you must begin manifesting the Light of God continually through your MerKaBa, which is done through programming your Light Body Vehicle (your MerKaBa) intuitively using your thoughts. Following are examples of thoughts you can use to program your Light Body Vehicle (your MerKaBa) to manifest the Light of God through your human vehicle on Earth.
1. I thank you my Light Body, my MerKaBa, for aligning my four lower bodies and my heart and mind with my Light Body, my MerKaBa.
2. I thank you my Light Body, my MerKaBa, for aligning my four lower bodies and my heart and mind with the Cosmic Christ and Cosmic Buddha and the Christ and Buddha Consciousness and the Will of God. I am the Living Christ, I am the Living Buddha.
3. I thank you my Light Body, my MerKaBa, for aligning my four lower bodies and my heart and mind with my Higher Self, my I AM Presence.
4. I thank you my Light Body, my MerKaBa, for removing all impurities in my base chakra, sexual chakra, solar plexus chakra, heart chakra, higher heart chakra, throat chakra, third-eye chakra and crown chakra, and consuming all impurities in all of my chakras with my God Flame, the Sunlight of my I AM Presence and the Violet Flame of Saint Germain, and transmuting these into positive healing energy and love for all others.
5. I thank you my Light Body, my MerKaBa, for removing all impure thoughts, feelings and energies in my heart and mind and four lower bodies and consuming all of these impure thoughts, feelings and energies with my God Flame, the Sunlight of my I AM Presence and the Violet Flame of Saint Germain and transmuting these into positive healing energy and love for all others. I am God Purity, I am God Purity, I am God Purity.

Step 2: The 144 Day Program
For a period of 144 days undertake the above activation and programming of your Light Body Vehicle (your MerKaBa) twice daily. The length of time is up to you, however it is recommended that each activation / programming should be 15-30 minutes for optimum effect. This initial part of the 144 day program is known as the Alpha component, which focuses on activating your Light Body Vehicle (your MerKaBa). The second part of the 144 day program is known as the Omega component, which focuses on identifying and transmuting negative emotions that exist within the four lower bodies of your heart/mind. For a period of 30 minutes each day, meditate on a single negative emotion that arises in your heart. Throughout your meditation, let God know [as a thought in your mind] why you are feeling this emotion and imagine what God is saying in response. In the twice daily activation of your Light Body Vehicle (your MerKaBa) you should program your MerKaBa to consume this negative emotion. For example: "I thank you my Light Body, my MerKaBa, for consuming this energy of (i.e. anger) in my heart and mind and transmuting this into positive healing energy and love for all others." It is also important for you to work through your soul imbalances and to bring these, one by one, to God in your daily meditations.
